1015 would only occur on the 3g/3gs if u r trying to restore to the official 4.1 or 4.2.1 with the new BB on board, on the 4.1 it can be kicked out of the recovery using umbrella, but on 4.2.1 it won’t allow this due to the new boot BB checksum mismatch, so if u want to restore 4.2.1 while 6.15.00 is already on the device, u ll /HAVE/ to use custom build ipsw from pwnage tool /WITHOUT/ allowing the «ipad BB upgrade»

1013 will also occur on the iphone 4 for the same reasons, kickable on 4.1 , but not on 4.2.1 hence u ll have to use custom build 4.2.1 to restore to that whenever your BB is kept on 1.59.00
in simple words, any trial to restore to official 4.2.1 when the BB is not 5.15.04 for 3g/3gs or 3.10.01 for the i4 will fail , unless you are using a custom build 4.2.1 to bypass the boot BB checksum mismatch
